Ed, Margaret and Kevin Bell

Adventure Hot Tubs & Pools is an independent, family-owned business whose owners have deep roots in the Sarasota community. Ed and Margaret Bell opened Adventure Hot Tubs & Pools in September 2006.

Formerly Margaret Hoskinson, Margaret Bell is a Sarasota native with experience in retailing, marketing, event management and community relations for The John and Mabel Ringling Museum of Art and Ringling School of Art and Design. Margaret also opened and operated a bookstore in Sarasota. An accomplished visual artist, Margaret earned her bachelor's degree from St. Mary's College, Notre Dame, Indiana, and is a graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School.

An Ohio native from the Cleveland area, Ed has retail management experience as sales manager at Rossiter's Harley-Davidson in Sarasota. An experienced mechanic, Ed has two decades of experience in pool and spa service and repairs. He is a Florida-certified pool/spa contractor, fully licensed by the state of Florida.

Ed and Margaret, who have a son, Kevin, opened Acme Pool Service in 1999. Acme maintains more than 200 residential pools in Manatee and Sarasota counties, and offers repairs and service on all pumping, filtration and heating systems and sells pool heaters, salt chlorinator systems, and full automation systems to make your pool as easy to operate as pushing a button.
